Prices for interior design services and products vary widely, but we like to bring our clients the best of the best which comes with a larger investment. Our design fees are calculated by the square foot and our current minimum furnishing budget is $5,000 per room.

We charge a flat design fee based on square footage. This is typically divided into 2 payments, due before the final design presentation. We can occasionally divide the fee into 3 smaller payments, but full payment is still due prior to the final presentation. 100% of product cost is due to begin Phase 3 (Purchasing).
